@theficouple My parents live 30 mins away. We decided to put our kids into childcare regardless because we wanted them to be socialised with other kids. We also didn’t want my parents to have to parent my kids. My parents love looking after their grandkids because they don’t do it every day

@moveorperish Like the ideas. Thanks. I try to do some hangs daily. Another I do while hanging is a slow lateral movement, so head and feet don’t move but hips move side to side. No idea if it does any good but I always feel a bit of tension release!
