I really loved those "compound games" like "Dune" and "Sid Meyer's Pirates!" where the game was made up of several wholly different gameplay modes. Honestly, that is a game dev concept that needs to be re-explored by indie๐ค What other games were like that?
Rescaling large pixel art sketches to a sprite-size is my favorite technique so I can finish them, but also make them realistic to a pixel-art video game :) #pixelart#gamedev
