As a member of the Uganda Law Society, I must express my deep disappointment with the handling of the Online Attendance at the Annual Law Conference.

Despite timely payment, numerous calls to the Members Affairs Office went unanswered in my quest for an attendance link.

When we finally obtained a link, the choice of Brella, an untested platform, as the sole method for online attendance was unreliable and problematic.

We trust the ULS to provide seamless experiences, and this is far from it.
