Placed an order with @shapermint and received one item I did not order. Online customer service couldn’t help. 6 emails later and still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

@united flight 377 landed in Chicago almost 30 minutes ago and they are unable to find someone tow is to the gate because we were stopped short originally. Getting warm in here and lots of irritated customers. #DoBetter

@SouthwestAir we landed at O’Hare 40 minutes ago. 2 hours late. There is nobody else in terminal 5. Why has our luggage not even begun to come up? This has been a nightmare.
@SouthwestAir flight 2131 out of Denver very delayed with no information as to what the holdup is. People would be much more understanding if there was someone updating us.
6 Days ago I tweeted about an unsatisfactory experience with @united. Was immediately asked to explain via DM. I did. I received a patronizing response & link to “customer care” to discuss further. I did & since… Crickets… So that’s how they “care” for their customers? Wow!
I feel if my frequent flier info had more miles earned @united would have been more concerned that I was made to feel publicly pressured to give up a seat I paid extra for, under false pretenses. “We understand this was a frustrating experience” is patronizing and dismissive
@united paid $80 extra to be in more spacious seats. Felt forced to move, was pressured and questioned by numerous staff so I relented. Now in first row which I purposely did not choose months due to of lack of access to bag and tray tables being smaller. Poor service
