Took @airindia after aeons. Terrible aircraft condition (seats don’t recline, entertainment system didn’t work), inattentive crew, delayed departure and arrival.

I’d give another 2 years before I fly again.

@airindia has made us wait in a line for the past 45 minutes @JFKT4. When I asked a rep, he said: “We will open the line only at 8:30! Who told you to come so early to the airport?” Just what tired passengers need, an unnecessary berating, with no useful info.
