The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 has now been passed by both Houses of Parliament. The Bill further strengthens the 2024 law with stricter provisions against paper leaks, cheating, and other examination malpractices.

A strong step to protect honest students, uphold merit, and make public examinations more fair, transparent, and trustworthy across the country.
