Reality is there is disconnect between gen z/millenials and gen x, one simple question why does younger generation live with despair of older generation to them everything is comparison we are this ,they are that?? Do they understand what they want? How life operates? 🤔
Our parents are being conditioned to think young people are unruly. So that the message that we need to tame our youth sits better than our youth are fighting for us.
@imnyambu what are Gen z fighting for? Cause since entering parliament 1yr ago nothing substantial has been done by gen z you dont have direction! Your leaderless! Yet all that comes from your mouth daily is comparion of millenials n gen z. Only asset you have are iphones🙄
Even if people won't protest today, the normalcy has been disrupted. We should leave them and their barricades na declare today a public holiday 😂🫴Washinde wametusubiri
Ruto is deflecting and spinning. @jageyo@LinusKaikai@EricLatiff don’t let him lie to you. He doesn’t even have empathy for mothers who lost their loved ones. Don’t get played by a liar.
The Kenyan people have decided #RutoMustGo, he can’t lead those he KILLS. Stop killing US!
Today's NATION pg5 are saying Treasury have succumbed to pressure from Kenyans and have rescinded plans to raise excise duty on mobile money transfers, including Safaricom's MPESA. Bwana the pressure is paying off. Finya. Finya tena.
I am taking a break from X. Imagine Ruto, Rigathi, Sudi, Nyamu, Haiti, and Yemen, trending at the same time? By the time you finish perusing through the posts, your IQ will have dropped 90%.
💯Precise and simple to the latter.. Too much rhetoric and irony every employee in government criss-crossing the country competting who holds the mic more🙄
Dear President @WilliamsRuto … The following is the ascending & sequential order that Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia & Vietnam moved from 3rd World to 1st World in one generation:
FIRST STEP: Local farming to create self-sufficiency in food production including surplus for export. No importation of food.
SECOND STEP: Support of cottage industry: furniture, pottery, Agro-value-add et al.
THIRD STEP: Light industrialization.. textile, cutlery, glassware, bicycle manufacturing, Assembly plants for radios/tvs/motor bikes et al
FOURTH STEP: heavy industries: industrial production including processing & manufacturing industries.
FIFTH STEP: Technology innovation & AI.
SIXTH STEP: National Harmony & Happiness.
If you drive around town this morning, you will notice how effective the protest is. There is no traffic at all in Westlands area, right into the CBD, all the way to Upperhill and further into Eastlands.
Protests are not just not about the people in the streets, they are also about shutting down normal operations and that is what Ruto and his team do not seem to get.
I will repeat my usual chorus! Ruto needs to remember that he is the Head of State, rise up to that role and speak to ALL Kenyans in order to restore confidence as well as outline how he plans to make the cost of living bearable. Not speak at or chest thump, but speak TO ALL Kenyans. Those who voted for him and those who did not.
I hope at this critical time he will realize that appointing purely his tribesmen into some special unit and putting them in Subarus to go shooting protestors is not the solution. He also needs to realize that one cannot run the nation on raw anger. The wise thing to do would be to get on the State House steps and address Kenyans as their Head of State and their father!
