You might just want to take a look at homes stolen from widows and widower ect in this part of the nation. Bc there's certainly more than enough for homeowners that have lost everything using your name. They are also looking at taking legal action against you.

I'm an FTC victim of identity theft. 2 weeks ago bad actors BROKE INTO OUR HOME AND PHYSICALLY REMOVED MYSELF AND MY BOYS! Who was responsible for this? I was told it was the "property manager" for US Bank! When I have written letters from you saying absolutely not!

Said to have been executed by him with a date 15 months after his death. Odd we live in north east NY and you don't operate here! There is no mortgage on my property PERIOD and especially not with you. This began in 2024,no court, no proof, just recorded in your name

I believe you have a very serious problem! Although there are several investigations happening on the state, and Federal agencies someone is very brave using your bank name! 21 months after my husband's suicide someone recorded a bogus mortgage on our property!
