@radfugee Yes, staying hydrated, getting plenty of sleep and exercise are extremely harmful. They just give out those neuroscience PhD’s like candy. Lol!!!
Find a woman who kills drama instead of starting it, makes life quieter not louder, tells you "you're better than these guys, you can beat them," and wants you to win even more than you do
Then become the man required to attract that woman, and marry her the moment you find her.
You had momentum once. You felt unstoppable. Then one setback made you pause. Just for a moment. That pause turned into hesitation. Then doubt. Then nothing. Now you’re stuck, wondering what happened. Start moving again. That’s the only way back.
the best thing a therapist ever told me is “you’re not lazy, you only have a certain amount of energy and right now you’re using it all to survive” and i know someone else needs to hear that too
If you don't *allow yourself* to be all the things you’ve ever wanted...none of it will happen for you.
People know when they are holding themselves back - they can feel it.
You have to take off the brakes, and let it rip.
If you want it, You will have to take it.
Most successful people are not balanced.
They're relentless.
They're fast.
They're tough.
They're focused.
They're less fun.
Maybe it doesn't have to be, but it usually is.
You can literally feel it in your soul when it's TIME. time to move on from people, time to make a change in your life, time to get rid of unhealthy habits, time to want MORE for yourself. At some point, you'll just KNOW. That's your call.
@hubermanlab As a natural night owl, I’ve been blacking out my room at 6pm because the later it stays light out, the later I want to stay up and be unhealthy 😂
The most productive time you will ever have, is the time that looks most "boring" to others.
The time you will spend alone, think, go on walks, strategize, or deeply work.
People largely can't tolerate being alone or the "boring," and if you can? Massive advantage.
