B. subtilis and P. agglomerans are soil-dwelling bacteria that form structurally unique biofilms in coculture. This work reveals that, in coculture, P. agglomerans alters expression of B. subtilis specialized metabolites that impact B. subtilis sporulation. @BlastMeetings
