@Alan_Couzens When do I know I should start running faster and check my lactate again to confirm? Just feom time to time or by HR? When at the same HR I can run faster? I noticed not perfect correlation between HR and lactate. What I mean that my HR is supricengly high but my lactate is low.

@Alan_Couzens My resting lactate is 0.9-1.0 .mmol/L. I found that running in my case around 9 min a mile for 7 miles.( speed fluctuates a little 8:30-9:30) I measured multiple times my lactate at 0.6. My lactate machine can measure down to 0.5.
