🇿🇦Can you actually believe what Home Affairs Minister Leon Schreiber just did? He went and brought back the Immigration Advisory Board, and just look at the shocking team he put in charge‼️⁉️
The people he picked to tell him what to do:
▪️Mavuso Msimang keeping the big corporate machine running.
▪️You have Andreas Krensel, a foreign-born corporate boss who runs a giant company helping people move into our country, sitting right as the deputy head of our national board!
▪️James Chapman from the Scalabrini Centre whose whole job is fighting in court to stop deportations.
▪️Stefanie de Saude-Darbandi, a high-profile lawyer who makes her money fighting the Department of Home Affairs over citizenship fights, now sitting at the table giving advice!
These people are never, ever going to help us. This board is not made for us—it is made to go against us.
When does this stop? Why does our government feel like it is working against us? They are using our tax money to put corporate fixers and activist lawyers into power, making sure our laws get broken and our townships and villages get left behind.
It makes you look at every single Thursday, at every single march we do, and wonder: Are we just wasting our time out there? Because while we are out on the streets fighting for our country and demanding law and order, and shouting for the closing of illegal spaza shops, the government sits in big offices giving jobs to people whose whole career is doing the exact opposite. Instead of helping us, they are hurting us more and more every single day.
When is enough going to be enough?!

Former freedom fighters have entered the mabahambe chat.
Gauteng Military Veterans Commander in Gauteng has called for all able former freedom fighters to take a stand and confront the government
The tale of two judges. Stuart Wilson, born in England, who co-founded the SERI NGO and has a deep institutional and judicial relationship with both the SERI and the Scalabrini Centre of Cape Town, ordered the release of an Ethiopian asylum seeker (following the concourt judgment on Scalabrini case).
Then there’s Judge Mandlenkosi Motha, who refused to release 21 detained asylum applicants and raised the issue of ordinary South Africans not being heard while NGOs have access to the courts.
And this brings me back to something I’ve said before. I’m against naturalised citizens occupying certain positions of authority in this country, especially the judiciary. That’s my position and these two judgments have only made me want to have that conversation even more.
🇿🇦Remember that woman who worked for both the Home Affairs and against Home Affairs by serving on the advisory board while at the same time representing a client (Chidimma) who is taking Home Affairs to court? Remember her? Well it turns out she's not the only issue we may have on that Home Affairs advisory board.
Serving on that same board, is the deputy chairperson of that board Mr. Andreas Krensel, who was born and raised in Germany. Let this sink in. We have a German in our immigration affairs. Thanks to the DA.
Then there's Mr. James Chapman. And this one I have a serious problem with. Because he has worked in the NGO space. The same NGOs that challenge our governments and prevent and interrupt our governance. He has worked for Scalabrini Centre of Cape Town which had legal campaigns to challenge our regulations to protect foreigners.
These are the people that the DA Minister Leon Schreiber has brought into our Home Affairs. Just imagine. He brought in a legal practitioner who is also working with clients that challenge the same Home affairs she's working for. He brought in a German to come and decide our immigration fate. And he has brought in someone from the NGO space with a history of challenging us on immigration on behalf of foreigners. Do you guys see the inside job that the DA is doing? They are deliberately infiltrating our immigration systems.

How can any government serious about jobs let in so many asylum seekers.
Once they get their paperwork, they qualify for grants, they use the clinics, they send their children to government schools.
All paid for by the abused South African taxpayer.
#SANews Article | Two former Home Affairs officials have been arrested for allegedly issuing fraudulent South African passports to foreign nationals for up to R100 000.
The arrests follow a joint investigation by Home Affairs Counter Corruption Unit and the Hawks, as the department strengthens digital systems to prevent fraud.

While illegal foreigners continue their crime spree destroying South Africa, the police and armed soldiers are deployed to intimidate citizens protesting to save South Africa.
🇿🇦NO OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRY SPENDS ITS OWN MONEY ON FOREIGNERS. SOUTH AFRICA DOES‼️
Put a number on it. Academic analysis drawing on Stats SA and World Bank migration data puts the total at 51,604 foreign nationals on South African social grants — 11,602 refugees and 40,002 asylum seekers — out of roughly three million migrants in the country. That's every grant type combined: old age, disability, child support, foster care, the lot.
SASSA will tell you, in its own published rules, that recognised refugees qualify for the Older Persons Grant, Child Support Grant, Foster Child Grant and Disability Grant. It will also tell you the Social Relief of Distress grant is open to citizens, refugees, asylum seekers and certain permit holders alike. Read that twice. It's not a leak. It's policy, stated plainly, by the department itself.
On the SRD grant alone, the number is on record from the minister herself. Then-Social Development Minister Lindiwe Zulu confirmed in a written parliamentary reply that SASSA had paid 4,102 refugees and 15,258 asylum seekers a combined R97.5 million: R34,456,800 to refugees, R63,113,750 to asylum seekers. That figure is now three years stale, and SASSA hasn't updated it since — which tells you something about how closely anyone's tracking what leaves the till.
And here's the part that should bother you more than the number itself: SASSA has never published a cost breakdown by nationality for the Older Persons Grant, the Disability Grant, the Child Support Grant or the Foster Child Grant. Only the SRD figures ever got dragged into daylight, and only because an opposition MP forced the question in Parliament. Every other grant a foreign national draws on is a rand figure nobody in government has bothered to disclose. That's not an oversight in a department that tracks bank accounts, UIF records and cross-agency data to the cent when it's chasing citizens for "double-dipping."
This isn't the UN. It isn't an NGO. It isn't some humanitarian fund parked offshore. It's the South African fiscus — the same one Treasury says is stretched to breaking point, the same one that can't fix Joburg's water, can't keep Eskom honest, can't clear the backlog at Home Affairs. That fiscus, apparently, still had room to write cheques to over 50,000 non-citizens, with only a fraction of that spend ever itemised for the public that's paying it.
Nobody needs to build a moral case against refugees to ask the obvious question. The issue was never who's receiving the money. It's whose money it is, and how little of the accounting anyone's required to show for it.
Every other country hosting refugees on the continent manages it through humanitarian channels, donor funding, UN programmes — money that isn't a direct draw on their own citizens. South Africa decided its own taxpayers would carry that weight instead, and then declined to keep a full public ledger of what it costs.
There's no balance to strike here and no "complexity" to gesture at. A grant paid to a citizen is redistribution within the population that elected and finances the state. A grant paid to a non-citizen is a transfer out of it. Over 50,000 of those transfers are happening right now, and the government can account for a fraction of what they cost.
Not xenophobia. Not a humanitarian debate. A ledger — the part of it South Africa's government is willing to show you, and the much larger part it isn't.

This is Gopaul "Gopz" Govender. He gets files from SAPS Crime Intelligence with concocted charges where they are instructed to attack citizens for having views on social media.
It was later said that the instruction came directly from the office of the Presidency. Zizi Kodwa was the Minister at State Intelligence.
Nigerian criminal, Kenneth Chibuzor, a “asylum seeker” found with a watch of murdered Tsotso in Kempton Park, was released on BAIL. Court released the criminal even though his papers are shady. Patriot Wandile Nsibande was denied bail. Is the Constitution against South Africans?
