I have paid ₹8252/- for my flight by the refund initiated is only ₹4502/-. I understand the convinience fee. But the math doesn't add up.

@InorbitMall hey. There are 2 fast tag lanes for car entry. Why is one lane perpetually closed? Isn't it supposed to make entry seem less? On a Sunday, like today, there are always like 5 cars waiting in line. It's quite stupid IMO to have the fa facilities and behave crippled.
