If I was the GP, I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night. But that doesn’t mean the LP isn’t responsible for underwriting their own investments.

@sweatystartup We need higher density. Cities requiring minimum lot sizes, square footages, etc. causes everyone to lose including builders.

We’re building at a good rate, just building an unaffordable product because affordable housing isn’t allowed. Most young people don’t need 1500+ SF.
