@BasedMikeLee It’s derivative of Christianity but it’s not a Nicene sect. It denies all of the early Church councils, the teachings of Paul and has its own distinct theological, liturgical and religious practices. The same way Islam and Christianity aren’t Judaism and Buddhism isn’t Hinduism.

@SeanTrende Anti-Catholic sentiment is underrated. Al Smith lost in part because much of the country was unenthusiastic about an Irish Catholic POTUs. Even MLK’s father openly expressed reservations about voting for Jack Kennedy - a Catholic.
