1. A girl tweeted that she found a breast lump 5 months ago and has been waiting for a referral for investigation since then. I told her to do whatever she needs, go to the GP & refuse to leave until it is chased if she has to.
I'm one of 80 MPs & Peers calling on the PM to:
- Recognise the UN’s findings on genocide & implement the ICJ ruling in full
- Impose sanctions including a full arms embargo
- Ban trade that supports Israel’s illegal settlements
End Britain’s complicity in genocide, now!

Just a reminder that new Prime Minister Andy Burnham voted for the Iraq War, an illegal war that killed over a million people.
He joined Labour Friends of Israel, called BDS “spiteful”, praised Israel as a “democracy”, described the Balfour Declaration as “British values in action”, and still refuses to call the genocide in Palestine a genocide.
Not wearing a suit, having a northern accent, and getting rid of a lectern doesn’t make you a radical alternative. He’s the establishment’s last roll of the dice.
My daughters’ childhood is being stolen. 💔
Bana was born during the war and is now nearly 3 years old. She has known nothing but fear and displacement.
As for Kenzi, she is 6 years old, and she has spent half of her life three full years living through war.
My children are facing an uncertain and difficult future in Gaza, when their only concerns should be playing, learning, and feeling safe.
In short, their childhood has been taken away.

On my child "Adam's" birthday...
After great suffering, I found nothing but a small cake to place in front of him, trying to bring a smile to his face on his special day. How I wished from the bottom of my heart to give him a small toy to make him happy, but the exorbitant prices were an obstacle I could not overcome.
But today I realized a greater truth; my real gift to Adam is not a perishable toy, but providing the basic necessities for him to stay alive.
Send your gift. My child needs it.

The World Cup ended, and the fans, eager for their youth, watched as the referee blew the final whistle.
But here in Gaza, we stole a few precious moments of joy before returning to face the harsh reality of life: a brutal war that kills every vestige of humanity. In Gaza, there is no referee's whistle to signal the end of war and suffering, no curtain to fall on the most intense tournament in history—a tournament called Gaza. Congratulations, Spain. Thank you for your support.🇵🇸🇪🇸
I don't sleep well. I wake up during the night to check my phone, hoping there isn't bad news. Most nights I go to bed thinking about my family, and I wake up thinking about them again.
When I said I want to be free, I didn't mean freedom of movement. Yes, I can move around Switzerland freely, and I am grateful for that. But my heart doesn't feel free. As long as my family is trapped in Gaza and living in constant danger, I don't feel free either. A part of me is still there with them every single day.
Thousands of us are in London today with a message to the new Prime Minister: we are not disappearing, we are not going away, and we will never stop campaigning for the liberation of Palestine.
End Britain’s complicity in genocide, now.
The world must speak of Gaza once again; the world must return to solidarity, to marching for us. We are being slaughtered every single day, but this time, without comfort, we are being slaughtered in silence.
Every word raised for us is, in itself, an act of resistance. There is no ceasefire in Gaza, despite how they lied to you and misled you. Not a single day passes without blood being spilled; the scent of blood has never once left me.
Good morning, my friends. 🌿
My family and I are going through one of the hardest times in our lives. I find myself unable to provide for my children's daily needs.
To be completely honest, your daily donations are our lifeline. They help us get through each day and give my children hope.
I truly trust in your kindness and support. Every donation, no matter how small, makes a real difference in our lives.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who supports us or shares our message. ❤️

Last night, I had a dream.
I dreamed that my family and I had finally been granted permission to evacuate from Gaza to the Netherlands.
For the first time in a very long time, I saw real hope in my children’s eyes. They smiled, hugged us, and kept saying:
“We’re safe.”
“We’re going to live.”
Then I woke up.
Not to safety but to the sound of a powerful explosion from a nearby airstrike.
The dream was over.
My children are still sleeping each night with fear instead of peace, and like so many families in Gaza, we continue to hope for the chance to live somewhere safe.
If you read this, please remember that behind every headline is a family like mine, simply hoping for the opportunity to survive and give our children a future.
The two teams are warming up ahead of the game's kick-off.
This is the first live-streamed football match between Gaza's surviving footballers.
History written in Gaza today. So heartwarming. So proud of everyone there. What a joy! Better than the whole World Cup.❤️❤️❤️
Free Dr @HussamAbuSafiya for God's sake.
This man has borne the unbearable. Despite mounting pressure, he is still taken hostage by Israel.
Do something and release him. Free Dr Hussam now.
Look at the terror people in Gaza are living through. This bombing and explosion happened yesterday, and the fear continues to follow everyone who is there.
I am outside Gaza now and in a safe place, yet I carry a deep sense of guilt because my family and so many others are not. They are human beings, just like anyone else in the world, and no one deserves to live every day under this constant fear and terror.
