No improvement for years, so this is intentional.
Docs even refuse to write #MECFS into your chart.

is that it contributes to the fiction that the HMO is providing medical care for a severe illness when it is not. It perpetuates neglect in this manner. PT fine w/ expert ongoing med care.

To enter this equation correctly into the calculator it would look like

The idea you are not understanding this and yet teaching math is very troubling.
