Not great costumer service from @OoniHQ . Paid extra for express delivery, to be delivered in 2 working days & still not received our items. Expect better when you send alot of money. DHL said they are still waiting for an item but we have emails to say it’s all ready. Disgusting

@HarbMail This article makes me so angry. He has either lied to us or lied to you in this article. I know for a fact that there isn’t a problem with the supply chain as we spoke to the suppliers. I think there needs to be some fact checking here.
@HarbMail think you need to do an article on the outrageous behaviour of Richard Kimbell. Taking hundreds of thousands of pounds from people and not supplying them with their goods. He has done this multiple time now and keeps getting away with it. Avoid any company owned by him.
