NSQF Vocational Education needs change:

Vocational Education in government schools across India should not continue to depend on private third-party agencies for teacher recruitment. Government schools are institutions of public education, not marketplaces for outsourcing.

We hope the new leadership will review the NSQF Vocational Education policy framework and pave the way for direct, transparent and accountable recruitment of Vocational Teachers by the Government.

সভাত বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষাৰ পাঠ্যপুথি আঞ্চলিক ভাষালৈ অনুবাদ কৰাৰ প্ৰয়োজনীয়তাৰ ওপৰত বিশেষভাৱে আলোকপাত কৰা হয়। বক্তাসকলে কয় যে মাতৃভাষাত পাঠ্যসামগ্ৰী উপলব্ধ হ'লে শিক্ষাৰ মান উন্নত হোৱাৰ লগতে ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়ে বিষয়বস্তু সহজে বুজি পাব।

ইয়াৰ উপৰিও, সংগঠনৰ বিষয়ববীয়াসকলে বৃত্তিমূলক শিক্ষকসকলৰ দীৰ্ঘদিনীয়া সমস্যাসমূহ : চাকৰি নিয়মীয়াকৰণৰ নামত ভুৱা প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি, তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ জৰিয়তে পৰিচালিত ব্যৱস্থা, দৰমহাৰ কোনো উত্তৰণ নোহোৱা আৰু চাকৰিৰ নিশ্চয়তাৰ অভাৱ আদিৰ সমাধানৰ বাবে সক্ৰিয় ভূমিকা গ্ৰহণ কৰাৰ আশ্বাস দিয়ে। লগতে চৰকাৰৰ দৃষ্টি আকৰ্ষণ কৰি এই সমস্যাসমূহ সমাধানৰ বাবে প্ৰয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্ৰহণৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত মাৰ্গদৰ্শন আৰু সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়োৱাৰ প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি দিয়ে।

HCM @himantabiswa Sir, Skill education launched in Assam in 2015. Now running in 1741 schools. Yet the government has not recruited even ONE teacher directly. All are hired through private agencies.

Haryana does direct recruitment. Why can’t Assam @ranojpeguassam Sir?

This heavy dependence on third parties has killed the real purpose of skill education. If skills are truly important for Viksit Assam, why no direct teacher recruitment, HCM Sir?

Skill education is now in 1741 govt schools across Assam. Students get to learn Hands on Skill training under these courses.

Despite of this utmost importance for a Vikshit Assam, not a single teacher has been recruited by Education Department.

To reduce unemployment, skill education must start from the school level. Yet, the Education Department has neither created posts nor recruited Vocational/Skill Teachers directly. Assam has thousands of qualified youth with degrees like MBA, M Sc Agriculture, MCA, MTTM, Mass Communication etc ; the very qualifications required to teach vocational subjects in government schools. Yet, many are leaving the state in search of better employment as no posts have been created by Education Department. @OfficeofHBS

Why not create and fill Vocational Teacher posts in government schools and give our own youth the opportunity to build Assam's future? @ranojpeguassam

If a skilled Assam is the goal, skill education must begin in schools with qualified, stable teachers. @CMOfficeAssam

নতুন শিক্ষা নীতি ২০২০-ত বৃত্তিমুখী শিক্ষাৰ ওপৰত বিশেষ গুৰুত্ব আৰোপ কৰা হৈছে। ষষ্ঠ শ্ৰেণীৰ পৰাই ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীক বৃত্তিমুখী শিক্ষা প্ৰদান কৰাৰ ওপৰত জোৰ দিয়া হৈছে। অসমৰ চৰকাৰী বিদ্যালয়সমূহতো বৰ্তমান বৃত্তিমুখী শিক্ষা চলি আছে, আৰু এই বিষয়সমূহ ইতিমধ্যে মূল বিষয় হিচাপে স্বীকৃতি লাভ কৰিছে।

কিন্তু জানি আচৰিত হ'ব যে এই বিষয়সমূহৰ শিক্ষক-শিক্ষয়িত্ৰীৰ নিযুক্তি প্ৰক্ৰিয়া এতিয়াও কিছুমান ব্যক্তিগত তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ কোম্পানীৰ জৰিয়তে কৰা হয়। শিক্ষা বিভাগে এতিয়াও এই নিযুক্তি ব্যৱস্থাৰ দায়িত্ব নিজৰ হাতত লোৱা নাই।

NITI Aayog এও স্পষ্টভাৱে উল্লেখ কৰিছে যে স্বল্পম্যাদী আৰু তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ ওপৰত নিৰ্ভৰশীল শিক্ষক নিয়োগ ব্যৱস্থা বৃত্তিমুখী শিক্ষাৰ সফল ৰূপায়ণৰ এক অন্যতম প্ৰধান বাধা।

এখন চৰকাৰী বিদ্যালয়ৰ শিক্ষা ব্যৱস্থা কেতিয়াও ব্যক্তিগত কোম্পানীৰ ওপৰত নিৰ্ভৰশীল হ'ব নোৱাৰে। এই কোম্পানীসমূহে বৃত্তিমুখী শিক্ষা চলোৱাৰ নামত সমগ্ৰ ব্যৱস্থাটোত এক প্ৰশ্নবোধক চিন সৃষ্টি কৰিছে।

মাননীয় শিক্ষা মন্ত্ৰী ডাঙৰীয়া @ranojpeguassam , এই তৃতীয় পক্ষৰ ব্যৱস্থা যেতিয়ালৈকে অব্যাহত থাকিব, তেতিয়ালৈকে এই ক্ষেত্ৰত অনিয়ম, অস্বচ্ছতা আৰু বেমেজালি চলিয়েই থাকিব।
