Lol. You won’t believe me but you don’t have to be Nepo to have this. You can get a used bush plane for the price of a new SUV. A Rec pilot license should take about 6 months to get full time & you’re good.
I have a winning formula for YouTube virality:
I call it the Demand Hook Framework.
This framework is creating outliers every week for us now.
It helped us get 100,000 views in just a few days for a new client 🤌
This is only our second video for them. Our first video got 700,000 views in a week.
How do we do it?
You tap into the existing demand with a new hook.
In this market, it may seem like exercise and mobility is what the audience wants.
But those are just the solutions.
Marketing 101 tells us people don't want solutions, they want outcomes.
So the outcomes in this market are around pain relief, weight loss, and longevity. This is so they can have the things they really want:
• Run around with their kids all day.
• Roll out of bed feeling like they’re 20 again.
• Tap dance their way to work (nod to Warren Buffet).
This, right here, is the true demand of the market.
So we simply find solutions that can create these outcomes.
I found a solution that had some viral outliers but wasn't talked about much, which was the sissy squat. It's the perfect hook because it looks like it's terrible for your knees, but it's actually good for you.
So we package the entire video around the sissy squat contradiction.
I gave it a broad market title, “This Squat Scientifically Shouldn’t Exist.”
But during testing, we found a more clear title won, “It’s Hard, But It Gives You Bulletproof Knees Overnight.”
Then my packaging director came up with a thumbnail that beat my own concept.
And that’s how we ended up with this masterpiece.

After two years of actually doing this stuff for some of the biggest channels in the industry, I'm ready to give it all away for free.
But tell me, how would you have made this packaging better?
I always love hearing good ideas.
I was walking down a Dallas street and saw TEN Raisin' Canes wrapped cars parked in a row.
What the huh...?
So I stopped and asked one of the drivers what was up.
Mind....blown! This is so cool.
This is literally the best explanation I’ve seen of how streamers can turn one livestream into an entire content engine
(from @LudwigAhgren, Professor of the Year at Kai Cenat's Streamer University)
AI made copying thumbnails effortless.
Ironically...
It made standing out even harder.
Anyone can copy the pixels.
Very few can copy the psychology.
This is why I always focus on psychology first.
P.S. I really liked this @theascende thumbnail, so I ended up recreating it just to explain this topic lol.
Your thumbnail has to break the scroll. If it doesn't, it simply WON'T work.
You can do that by adding subtle elements the human eye is naturally drawn to.
I call these "Scroll Stoppers."
Here are the 7 science-based scroll stoppers you can use in your thumbnails🧵

I buy from China specifically, 1688, Alibaba and sometimes Pinduoduo. Honestly, this is top level specifications identification. I like that he specified each product quality check individually and also still tell you what to look out for. This is spot on.
