रेलवे में बढ़ती ठेकेदारी, आउटसोर्सिंग व भ्रष्टाचार बालसोर जैसे ट्रेन हादसे की वजह है। आउटसोर्सिंग व ठेकेदारी की वजह से अप्रशिक्षित लोग संरक्षा एवं सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी उठाने आ रहे हैं। अधिकारियों को इनसे मिलने वाले आर्थिक लाभ के चलते ,#भ्रष्टाचार_चरम पर है।

They have to perform duty daily 10-12 hour without any weekly Rest.

रेल मंडल के आला अधिकारियों के तानाशाही रवैये को कम करने हेतु रेलवे अधिकारियों का आईपीआर तैयार किया जाएगा। रेलवे कर्मचारी इस बारे में जानकारी देंगे। जिससे कि रेलकर्मी का शोषण न हो। @RailMinIndia की यह एक अच्छी पहल है। जिससे अपने बॉस के कार्य-व्यवहार की रिपोर्ट दे सकेंगे! धन्यवाद🌹

लोकोपायलट एंसान है या मशीन, 15 घंटे ड्युटी के बाद हादसा है या हत्या कौन तय करेगा? AC रुम में बैठनें वाले 6-8Hrs ड्यूटी करकें थक जाते हैं और वहीं लोकोंपायलट कें ऊपर प्रेशर बनाकें Harassment करते हैं जवाब दें?

@rly_staff Same problem is going on with JE/SSE(PWI'S) of engineering department.
Duty hr. is 24×7 with 8-10 hr. Daily fixed duty with no weekly rest & no LEAVE.
It increases the chances of accident due to mental disturbance.
Soon this system will collapse if board didn't awake.

No any leaves
No emergency leave
24×7 working.( Daily >10hr. Working + emergency working daily).
Engineering department will collapse soon if didn't change its structure.
