Justice Joymalya Bagchi: If a person was sentenced to imprisonment by a Tribunal and the order was not appealed, the order becomes final and binding. Does the Tribunal have jurisdiction to recall that order?

Ravi Kumar: Already recalled.

राकेश सिंह की पुत्री एक वर्ष पूर्व ही मे आर्मी मे लेप्टनेट पद पर ज्वाइन हुई थी जो कल ऑन ड्यूटी शहीद हो गई।
जिसका पार्थिक शरीर आर्मी सम्मान सहित आज शाम तक ग्राम पर्रावन मे पहुंच जायेगा,
शहीद बेटी को भगवान अपने श्री चरणों स्थान दे।
