Wahnsinnige Hitzeglocke seit Monaten über Europa mit teilweise mehr als 4 °C über dem vorindustriellen Temperaturmittel. Und es gibt immer noch Leugner des menschengemachten Klimawandels!

Kann aber auch daran liegen, dass die gezeigte Grafik Temperaturanomalien des Jahres 1794 zeigt. Da war es auch schon einmal monatelang sehr heiß. In Wien (Hohe Warte) mit Langzeittemperaturaufzeichnungen wurde 1794 der immer noch gültige Rekord mit 34 Tagen Tropenmorgen am Stück gemessen (siehe verlinkter Artikel). Ein Tropenmorgen bedeutet, dass die Temperatur bereits um 7 Uhr morgens bei 25 °C oder mehr liegt.

„Dětem firmu nedávejte. Radši jim ji prodejte.“

Když tyhle věty řeknu na rodinné radě poprvé, někdy na mě koukají jako na blázna.

Vždyť firmu celý život budujete právě pro ně. Proč byste po nich měli chtít, aby si ji koupily?!

Vysvětlím to na příběhu, který vídám pořád dokola:

Táta předá firmu synovi. Ve firmě nechá rezervu, kterou roky skládal po koruně. Desítky milionů v hotovosti pro zlé časy.

Přijde slabší kvartál. Syn sáhne do rezervy a díru zalepí. Tátovi se ježí vlasy hrůzou: „Na tohle se mělo zabrat, ne utrácet rezervu!“ Jenže firma už není jeho. A u nedělního oběda je dusno.

V tom je ten zádrhel. Co potomka nic nestálo, k tomu nemá vztah a podle toho s tím zachází.

Co funguje líp? Firmu synovi prodat.

Ne za tvrdou tržní cenu jako konkurenci. Dáte mu slevu, protože je to vaše dítě.
Necháte ho splácet. Část ceny zaplatí z hotovosti, kterou ve firmě najde. Klidně ji kousek zadlužíte, pokud to její cashflow unese.

Firma se tím dostane do stavu nula. Má historii, zákazníky i rozjeté zakázky, ale úspěch si musí zase odpracovat.

Syn začíná z mínusu, přesně jako kdysi vy. A o to jde. Najednou je to jeho. Zasloužil si to.

A vy? Nemovitosti nebo nerozdělený zisk si předtím vyčleníte stranou, mimo byznys. Tím chráníte rodinný majetek.

Když se synovi podnikání nepovede, je tu záchranná síť. A vy přestanete v noci řešit, jestli to mladý dělá dobře, nebo špatně.

S více dětmi se elegantně vyhnete tomu, o co se dědicové nejčastěji perou. Jednomu firmu prodáte, takže nedostal dar, on si ji koupil. Zbylý majetek pak v klidu rozdělíte mezi ostatní rovným dílem.

Z dědice se stává podnikatel. A to je to nejlepší, co můžete dát firmě i rodině.

Why is it hot in Europe this week?

Well, it has to do with the “omega block” in the jet stream. Omega blocks get their name because they resemble the Greek uppercase letter omega, Ω.

You can see that in the synoptic setup. The map below on the left shows the 500 mb geopotential height anomaly at 18z. The contour lines resemble the Ω shape due to an enormous high-pressure ridge in the mid-troposphere that is sandwiched between two low-pressure systems to its east and west.

Hot Saharan air has been advected—that is, horizontally transported—northward into western Europe due to anticyclonic (clockwise) airflow, and as that air mass moves north, it is compressed adiabatically beneath the ridge where air is sinking.

This process is natural and has nothing whatsoever to do with climate change or greenhouse gas emissions. In fact, there are quite a few studies suggesting that reduced latitudinal baroclinicity (north-to-south temperature gradient) caused by Arctic amplification could reduce the frequency of mid- and high-latitude blocking events (e.g., Hassanzadeh et al., 2014; Woollings et al., 2018).

There is, however, debate about this.

Europe has seen an unusual amount of these extreme heat events since 2019, but most other areas of the globe have not. The notable exception was the June–July 2021 Pacific Northwest heatwave in North America, but even that wasn’t as rare as previously thought.

The most likely explanation for this boils down to a combination of two things:

1️⃣ Undiagnosed changes in atmospheric circulation patterns.

2️⃣ Increased absorbed solar radiation at the surface due to reduced stratiform low- and mid-level cloud cover (increased sunniness), some of which is likely due to reduced atmospheric aerosol concentrations from the EU’s strict pollution regulations.

The overall increase in the “global mean temperature” (which mostly affects overnight lows) has very little to do with this event. Even in a “pre-industrialized” climate, a record-breaking heatwave would still be happening. Heck, the “global mean temperature” fell today despite the heat cranking up in Europe.

This is mostly weather systems moving around. When you have a chaotic system with two turbulent fluids interacting with each other (the atmosphere and ocean), wild things can happen.

Every time a politician celebrates “record job creation” this is what they are describing. Not output. Not value. Not progress. Motion.

The entire bureaucratic machine exists to manufacture friction and then invoice for it.

Compliance layers built to justify the next compliance layer. Oversight committees that produce nothing but the need for more oversight. Consulting firms hired to audit the work of other consulting firms.

Trillions circulating through systems that have never produced a single thing you can hold in your hands. But the GDP number ticks up. So everyone applauds.

The shit gets eaten. The scoreboard moves. Nobody asks what actually got built.

This is why Washington treats AI like a five alarm fire.

AI does not play the friction game. It does not form a committee. It does not schedule a review. It does not file 400 pages of paperwork no one will ever read.

It just solves the problem.

And that is the one thing the machine cannot survive.

The government does not tax results. It taxes the process. The longer the process, the deeper the cut.

AI compresses a ten day workflow into seconds. There is nothing left to bill. Nothing left to tax. Nothing left to skim.

So they will spend the next decade warning you that AI threatens the economy.

What they will never say is what it actually threatens.

The illusion that activity equals progress.

The $200 economy where both men ate shit and called it a job.

The machines are not coming for your purpose.

They are coming to prove that half the economy never had one.

Když Caesar zlikvidoval Kelty prakticky všude, zejména ve Francii, ti nejchytřejší Keltové se domluvili s Římem a Bratislavě se nic nestalo a obvzláště chytří a schopní Bójové byli v Čechách, třeba Závist - dnes Praha. Císaři Františku Josefovi je zvykem se v Česku tak trochu smát, i tenhle titulek. Leč, převzal zemi v těžké situaci vlastně na útěku a udržel si desítky let až do smrti. Převzal moc u nás, uměl trochu česky a dva následníci měli hodně kořeny u nás (Ferdinand a Karel). Ze zaostalých zemí Koruny české se stala průmyslová velmoc, založil nejvíc škol, divadel včetně Národního. Praktikoval, jako dnes Čína, reformní autokracii. To má řadu chyb. Ale jeho doba je naším zlatým časem. OK, konec byl smutný,s válkou, ale 1. Republika na tom vlastně byla hůř. Važme si skvělého císaře!

Jede Vorlesung. Jedes Lehrbuch. Kostenlos. Von jedem Bildschirm auf der Erde.

Die sechsstelligen Studiengebühren kaufen kein Wissen mehr. Sie kaufen nur noch ein Signal.

Das ist das Produkt. Nicht Intelligenz. Keine Kreativität. Keine Vision. Einhaltung.

Du zahlst 200.000 Dollar, um zu beweisen, dass Du Bürokratie nach einem Zeitplan tolerierst.

Musk: "Colleges sind im Grunde zum Spaß da und um zu beweisen, dass man seine Aufgaben erledigen kann. Aber sie sind nicht zum Lernen da.“

Das gesamte System ist eine Sortiermaschine für die Unternehmens-Personalabteilungen. Es misst nicht, was Du bauen kannst. Es misst, ob Du still sitzen, Anweisungen befolgen und auf Befehl liefern kannst.

Vier Jahre vorauseilender Gehorsam als Bildung verkleidet.

Musk: "Wenn Du versuchst, etwas Außergewöhnliches zu tun, musst Du Beweise für außergewöhnliche Fähigkeiten haben. Ich betrachte den College-Abschluss nicht als Beweis für außergewöhnliche Fähigkeiten.“

Das System optimiert für den Durchschnitt. Es belohnt die Konformität. Es bescheinigt den Folgsamen. Es filtert leise jeden heraus, der sich weigert, auf Erlaubnis zu warten.

Diejenigen, die die moderne Welt neu gestaltet haben, haben den Test nie abgeschlossen.

Musk: "Gates ist ein ziemlich kluger Kerl, er hat abgebrochen. Jobs ist ziemlich schlau, er hat abgebrochen. Larry Ellison, ein kluger Kerl, er ist ausgestiegen."

Sie sind nicht rausgeflogen, weil es zu schwer war. Sie brachen aus, weil die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung zu niedrig war.

Das Gefährlichste, was eine Universität tun kann, ist ein Generationentalent davon zu überzeugen, dass der Abschluss des Lehrplans die Leistung ist.

Das ist es nicht. Es ist die Basis.

Ein Abschluss ist eine Quittung für blindes befolgen von Befehlen. Die Zukunft gehörte nie Menschen, deren einzige Fähigkeit es ist, robotermässig Dinge zu erledigen ohne deren Sinn zu hinterfragen und selbst zu denken.

👉🏼 Trotzdem braucht man irgend ein Papier auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, wenn Du nicht gerade ein Gates, Jobs oder Musk bist. Es geht heute nicht mehr darum irgend eine Uni oder Fachhochschule zu besuchen sondern ob Du die richtige Uni oder FH besuchst.

Používáme název Česko a říkáme, že anglicky je to Bohemia. Ale není. Anglicky by to byla Czekia. Bohemii jsme zapomněli, abychom zapomněli na národy, které v jediném a mocném království Říše byly. Ale německy, jidiš, polsky a moravskými nářečními mluvící lidé tam prostě byli. Jako tam mluvili lidi česky. Poznáte znaky země Bohemie? My jsme netrpěli, my jsme Evropě vládli! 👍😎

Původní Češi jsou kombinací keltského, germánského a slovanského obyvatelstva. Vypjaty proslovanský a proruský nacionalismus lidí, kteří doma mluvili německy -Palacký, Masaryk, Tyrš atd byl jen jejich kariéra. Češi byli Švýcaři středu Evropy. K tomu se vraťme!
