@bcedplan What do you mean parents have to pay for textbooks for High schoolers British Columbia? Education is a funded public service is it not?! What are we doing?!
Phrases that have rewired my brain;
"Two things can be true"
"It's not about you"
"Not my landfill, not my seagulls"
"Maybe!"
"I believe in you"
"You're doing a good job"
"I just can't do it anymore Mommy"

@bcedplan Can a child learn our official second language by primarily playing the card game Snap for 90% of their French classes? Is this what we call teaching these days? #sd63#doyourjob#french#timetoretire
Quantum physics is crazy because what do
you mean every possible outcome of every choice you make actually happens it just splits into a parallel timeline. and the one you end up in is the one you already EXPECT to land in which means if you want to quantum leap, you don't force an outcome. you change what you expect. that is the game of life.

Hear me out - WE are each a Higgs Boson particle and our kids are the particle created from us - entangled. Eventually they gairn their independence and become their own Higgs Boson particle #micromacro#samesame#higgsboson#pathofra

Imagine being given somewhere around 80 years on a planet floating through an incomprehensibly enormous universe, surrounded by billions of people you will never meet, mysteries you will never solve, places you will never see, and more knowledge than you could absorb in a thousand lifetimes...
and spending the whole damn thing worrying about money, arguing with strangers, impressing people you don't even like, and doing something you hate five days a week because somebody convinced you that was life.
I don't know, man.
I think we may have gotten a few things terribly wrong.
Gen Z is the first generation to experience soul-suicide at industrial scale.
Dr Steiner warned that humanity is entering an age of inner emptiness.
A time when materialism, overstimulation, and the loss of spiritual orientation would weaken the human being from within.
He called the result “soul-suicide.”
The loss of inner direction.
The paralysis of the will.
The sense that life has become hollow, mechanical, strangely pointless.
This inner collapse often becomes physical suicide.
We live surrounded by more information, entertainment, stimulation, and technological power than any generation before us...
yet loneliness, anxiety, nihilism, identity confusion are everywhere.
When reality is reduced to matter and consumption the inner life receives nothing to live on.
The person can be endlessly stimulated while being spiritually starved.
Constant notifications.
Endless scrolling.
Short-form content.
Information without wisdom.
Stimulation without integration.
The soul becomes restless, fragmented, and exhausted.
The contradiction is obvious:
More connected, yet more isolated.
More entertained, yet more bored.
More informed, yet less certain about what matters.
The will weakens.
The ability to decide.
To commit.
To endure.
To pursue something for years without needing stimulation.
When meaning collapses, the will collapses with it. And without a strong will, even freedom becomes questionable.
Because what is freedom if you cannot direct yourself?
What is choice if your attention is constantly captured?
What is individuality if your desires are manufactured by the environment?
Overstimulation → fragmentation → loss of meaning → weakening of the will → inner emptiness.
That is soul-suicide.
You cannot cure loneliness with followers.
You cannot cure nihilism with entertainment.
You cannot cure a weak will by making life easier.
Steiner believed humanity must develop the inner being:
Strengthen the ego.
Discipline the will.
Create rhythm.
Cultivate moral imagination.
Rediscover a relationship with something greater than the isolated self.
In short:
We need an inner life strong enough to survive the outer world.
The catastrophe is not that humanity becomes less intelligent — but that it becomes less inwardly alive.
The solution is not escape.
It is balance: spiritual knowledge, inner exercises, conscious living.
Humanity must remember what it truly is.
"Cannabis Linked to Sustained Relief From Pain, Fatigue"
After 12 months, 70% of people who started using opioids either reduced or stopped taking them.
Quality of life improved significantly, based on two health surveys: One survey showed moderate improvement. Another survey showed strong improvement.
For people with chronic pain: Pain levels decreased noticeably. Daily activities became easier. Pain-related scores improved by about 4.9 points, a strong positive change.

How do we ascend?
We heal ourselves.
Cool. So how do we heal ourselves?
We start facing the shit we’ve been carrying since childhood instead of constantly running from it.
But then the question is, how do you find something that’s been buried in you for years?
Your triggers.
Your triggers will literally show you where the work is.
Something happens and you get angry as fuck. Someone says something and it cuts way deeper than it should. Someone leaves, ignores you, rejects you, disrespects you, whatever it is.
Instead of just reacting, go backwards.
Why did that trigger me?
What did I actually feel?
Why did I feel that?
When have I felt this before?
Keep going.
Reverse-engineer yourself until eventually you hit the belief underneath it.
I’m not good enough.
People leave me.
Nobody listens to me.
I can’t trust people.
I have to protect myself.
Whatever yours is.
And that belief normally didn’t just appear out of fucking nowhere.
Something happened.
An experience. A person. A situation. Something along this incarnation that caused you to form that belief and carry it forward.
And half the time you don’t even realise you’re doing it.
You just think, this is who I am.
Nah.
Sometimes that’s just an old wound talking.
So now you’ve located it.
What next?
You face it.
You stop trying to intellectually explain your way around it and actually allow yourself to feel what happened.
Feel the anger.
Feel the sadness.
Feel the betrayal.
Feel whatever younger version of you never got to properly feel at the time.
And eventually you get to forgiveness.
Now when I say forgiveness, I’m not saying what somebody did was okay.
Fuck no.
And I’m definitely not saying you need to invite them back into your life.
I mean you forgive because you realise you’re the one still carrying it.
They might not have thought about that situation in ten years, meanwhile you’re still paying for it emotionally every fucking day.
At some point you’ve got to realise, holding onto this is hurting me now.
So you feel it.
You face it.
You forgive them when you’re ready.
You forgive yourself.
And then you make the conscious decision to release it.
Now this shit is not linear either.
You might think you forgave something and then two months later it comes back up again.
Fine.
There’s another layer.
Go again.
Sometimes it takes a few goes before you actually get to that place where you can genuinely let something go.
And you’ll know when you hit it.
Sometimes you’ll just be sitting there one day and fucking cry out of nowhere.
Not even because something bad happened that day.
Something just left you.
That weight isn’t there anymore.
And maybe later you think about that person or that situation and realise it doesn’t even hit the same.
That’s the point.
Not pretending it never happened.
It happened.
It just doesn’t own you anymore.
Meditation helps massively with this as well because eventually you’ve got to become comfortable sitting inside your own mind.
No phone.
No distraction.
No running.
Just you looking at you.
The All is Mind.
The universe is mental.
So a massive part of this work happens inside first.
Your triggers show you the wound.
You trace the wound back to the belief.
You trace the belief back to the experience.
You face the experience.
You feel it.
You forgive.
You release.
That’s healing.
And to me, that’s how you ascend.
Happy healing, fam.
Hope this helps.
I fucking love you. 💙🫶
