The anxiety of that moment was unreal. Contacting our staff with no real answers for them as to how long we would be closed or if we would make it through. Would they keep their jobs, could we pay them, could we afford to live ourselves? So surreal now!

The big energy firms have used us as cash cows and need holding to account.

The Gov't mechanism to balance this out, should be REDUCE VAT to 10%.
