@TUIUK have tried this link, takes you to a complaints form. Sent request to receive letter of no show but heard nothing back still. I just need the requested letter of no show as promised to me so that we can put our insurance claim in, can someone please assist with this?

My item, an Xmas gift, apparently delivered by @UPSHelp_UK @UPS on the 14th December. Never received nor signed for. Customer support claim delivery to property despite changing the delivery address in their own tracking!
Apparently @UPS can no longer support my claim further ๐ค
And the outcome at the end of the day was that @UPS can not provide any evidence of delivery location, unable to tell me the actual address they changed and delivered it to and unable to tell me who signed for it, oh and canโt escalate the case - AVOID at all costs
Massively disappointed @LouboutinWorld - firstly you use @UPS who have lost my parcel (an Xmas gift). Try to resolve with your customer support team, get treated like a suspect!
So hereโs where we are up to with this. @LouboutinWorld have concluded that they believe @UPS delivered the item and have closed the case.
asked how to escalate issue further, told me to re-purchase item and log a crime report! leaves me, the customer, with no item or refund!
@LouboutinWorld Different responses each time I call the customer support, one day you have an update the next weโre back to a 4 week investigation. Meantime Iโm left with no Xmas gift (your advice is to buy another one!!) #
