RTM and RMC will always be a leasehold tenancy. Thats why the Government are making Commonhold the default tenure.

Forfeiture needs to be abolished as a separate issue due to loss of equity.

For those buildings a clear route for redress, remediation and compensation is required.

It was cheap for a reasons!

We both agreed these are few and far between.

Also our MP took on our case and wrote a letter to the agent and he successfully got all the invoices delivered and stopped the dispute.

As it does all over the world with CH/strata who are landlords wanting to protect their assets.

I assume you mean rental tenants who remain tenants.

Our roof was taken off like yours; rain damaged & flooded flats.
Roof top s/d have been fully enclosed

No compensation/apology by freeholder/developer. It’s a race to the bottom = more profit + cheap roof flats
