However, they are fighting it and with a faceless company and a ridiculously slow and broken court system to match the broken leasehold system it makes the process very slow!

My friend has kindly set up a go fund me after our last court date was unsuccessful in adjoining the directors of the company to the claim. they will walk away without any sort of responsibility and we will have to try and find the money to fix it all 😪

It’s a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. My flat remains uninhabitable and completely worthless. And I have no clue how I will ever find the money to rectify it. The leasehold system (among other systems in this country) is diabolical!
