Hello @chilternrailway Warwick parkway station is not gritted. The stairs & and platform. Quite slippery especially as there’s no other way to get to the platform as the lifts have been out of action for a year..

@chilternrailway it’s been a year since the lifts have worked. Apparently they flooded. I think you have to update the description of the station to say it’s not accessible to the less able..

@chilternrailway It’s been quite a while now and none of the screens are working. To top it off we have rubbish signal here so sometimes you can’t even search on the app

@chilternrailway please can you advise why your trains are no longer going to snow hill? E.g the 7:36 to snow hill from Warwick parkway. Additionally, your lifts have been out of action for months. Do you not care about those with mobility issues or large cases?

@chilternrailway Hi @chilternrailway do you think you could also fix the screens at Warwick Parkway Station. Both on platform & in the station so we can see if I train is running/on time etc

@chilternrailway You really need to sort it asap. It’s really not fair excluding people with mobility issues from being able to travel from your station. It’s hard enough to travel from parkway at the mo. No screens working telling you when trains are/are not coming
