@askesure home insurance on auto renew receive a letter stating payment not taken 2 weeks after the dated letter no one seems to be able to help on telephone and just passed around. Can’t see anywhere to pay on the website under the policy please help as your call centre won’t

@AFPetInsurance Thank you Emma, it has been over 48 hrs but I have chased up via email, so will wait. I tried live chat today and you chat bot said you are closed put opening times and this was just before 10 am when you should have been open 🤷🏼‍♀️

@AFPetInsurance I have tried to cancel my policy as it is extortionate! Then find you are only open 9-5 Monday to Friday! I sent an email to your cancellations team before renewal, it’s not cancelled & taken payment! Not happy so glad I didn’t insure my new puppy with you!
