@Hermesparcels Please can you explain to me why a parcel has been left outside of the front of my property when I have not selected to "leave in a safe place" - this goes against what you state on your website that you will attempt to deliver the parcel 3 times!!
@wandbc Absolutely disgusting customer service received this today when querying a visitor parking permit, have never in my life been spoken to in such an awful manner, shame on you Wandsworth Council if that’s how you train your staff!! #worstcustomerserviceever
Absolutely appalling service from @DPD_UK@dpd_support - the 4th time my @Fortnums parcel has attempted to be delivered with family waiting in for days, no attempt to even ring the doorbell/went to the wrong house even though the name bears no resemblance to mine/no contact made
@DPD_UK@dpd_support I do not expect any kind of response from you as clearly communication is a concept that you do not value/understand but if by chance someone does check your social media accounts then I would appreciate some contact to rectify this issue.
@Fortnums I would highly suggest that you change your delivery company from @DPD_UK@dpd_support or risk having your excellent reputation ruined by this complete joke of a company.

@Dominos_UK just placed an order, waited 40 mins and called to check on arrival only to be told they hadn't even started our order and was going to be another hour and a half!!! Obviously cancelled the order as that wait is ridiculous - why would 1 order take 2 hours & 10 mins?
