Wow this is still ongoing @BritishGas !! Apparently @edfenergy need to give you the meter readings (which they have) as our current provider but still no revised bill. Why can’t you accept photos, dated of our meter readings from me to provide the correct bill!

@BritishGas let’s also get this quite clear…this account should have been placed on hold under investigation not passed to a debt collection agency! Im happy to pay my bill but the correct one! 😡

@BritishGasHelp I dread to think what these type of txts could do to an elderly or vulnerable person…it’s bad enough for me! I think you need to look at your safeguarding policy and procedures! #saftey#vunerable

Turns out (we had a local plumber come out today) our boiler should have been condemned as it was a fire risk!!
@PlusHeatUK following your engineer’s visit last week our boiler was left in a severely dangerous state. An expert has just put this sticker on it…which your “expert” should have done. Care to explain?
