@montu_modi@enterprisecares This happened to me, a month later and I’m still waiting. They have sent me from pillar to post, having to email their accounts team, etc. Have just completed a chargeback request.
@StarbucksUK bit disappointing that stores aren’t updating their apps with what they have in store and accept the order, let you pay and then tell you it’s not in stock…
@enterprisecares I made a booking online, your website told me it didn’t go through so I went through again. I have now got two bookings and been charged twice. I contacted the local branch who advised me one had been cancelled but it hasn’t and the money has left my account
@ScottishPower is your app and my account down? It keeps kicking me out, telling me my password is wrong, won’t load. I can’t top up and when I have managed no confirmation email but money is showing as pending in my bank account?
@PureGym I sent you a DM and feel like all you’ve done is brush it off with ‘speak to the manager’ when I have stated that the manager is one of the staff members that did not turn up to facilitate a class
@PureGym 2 classes this morning (6:30 & 7am), 2 different instructors, neither turned up, classes weren’t cancelled. Manned gym hours not adhered to. Please don’t tell me to email the manager as he was one of the instructors, Birmingham Maypole. What can you do?
