The array of State responses indicating they will or may not enforce arrest warrants signals another threat to the rule of law. #RomeStatute member States have committed to enforce #ICC arrest warrants without exception. Warrants against #Netanyahu and #Gallant are no different.
The responsibility to enforce the arrest warrants remains with States, and they must not give aid or comfort to, or shield any of the suspects from #accountability (2/2)
