Sometimes, the best growth comes from realising you're not thinking big enough. ๐
True vision creates space for others to thriveโbut the real magic happens when you find partners whose vision is so expansive that yours fits within theirs. โ๏ธ

@MillyTamati@thesamparr@invoker @kernal_ideas @joelshansen That's amazing ๐.
Milly, as you become famous I think you need a paparazzi. I'm up for non-creepy paparazzi work ๐คฃ๐คฃ
You've been working your ass off to succeed.
But here's what going to happen when you finally reach a publicly acknowledged tier of success.
You're going to get asked to speak.
-live on a stage
-with others on a conference panel
-on a podcast
-in a mastermind
-to a leadership team
-for a video interview
-on a news program
-one-to-one with an influencer
Each of these circumstances are unique and will require you to speak in different ways, for different lengths of time.
You'll need to be able to adjust between a presentation style where you've got the floor, and a conversation style where you're in dialogue with someone else.
The best possible preparation you can have for any and all of these circumstances is to know your stories.
Stories are the most adaptable, universally welcomed form of speech.
You may think you know your stories, but you can't know them until you tell them.
Because it's only when you tell your stories to real people that the point and the heart of your stories gets revealed to you.
You don't want to be stumbling around trying to figure out what the point, the relevancy, or the value of your stories are when the stakes are high.
Find low stakes circumstances and situations where you can share your stories more often.
-meet ups with friends
-family gatherings
-smaller video calls
-department meetings
-social events
-networking events
The first step is to start making an inventory of your life stories.
DM me if you'd like a tool to help with that.
You can be sedentary even if you're active and meeting meeting exercise guidelines.
The solution? "Exercise snacks" or taking opportunities to turn ordinary everyday situations like 'taking the stairs' and making them a form of vigorous, unstructured exercise.
Even three to four minutes of daily vigorous physical activity were linked with a 25-30% drop in overall mortality risk in a study involving 25,000 people.
Increasing this activity to around nine minutes daily further reduced cardiovascular mortality by nearly 50% and cancer mortality by 40%.
Listen to Dr. Martin Gibala (@gibalam) explain the benefits of short bursts of highly vigorous physical activity.
@CambridgeJBS@supersensetech@CJBS_EC@LPDementia Great article and fantastic idea by @supersensetech. Congratulations ๐.
I am looking forward to seeing the next phases of your system.

@ricklewisco 36 times! You are an expert at moving.
Iโve moved 8 times, starting from my parentsโ house to a small apartment when I started university.
7 years ago, I moved to another country/continent and I left behind most of my things. I enjoy the idea of not being attached to one place
@uglypaperplanes It makes me so happy to read this.
My father is the same. His customers keep coming back and recommending him to other people for his great service.
You've been told secrets people have never confided with others.
You've given needed shade and shelter to people and animals.
You've always been connected to the ground.
You've seen the rich and the poor.
What things did you see that are gone?
What things have only you seen?
In May 2022, I visited Boone Hall in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
I drove through an allรฉe of southern live oak trees, planted in 1743.
It was a hot and humid day, and I rested under the shade of one of the oldest southern live oaks at the plantation near the water.
You've lived for hundreds of years.
You've seen suffering and prosperity.
You've seen generations live and die.
You've seen countless sunrises and clear skies.
You've seen the stars and probably the galaxies.
You've been hurt and stood strong against bad weather.
