@HMRCcustomers I have downloaded the HMRC APP. I don’t currently have access to my self assessment info online. It is telling me I need to request access. If I do this, will my accountant loose her access as I am sure she is registered to see it?

@OfficialFV Iv never experienced such terrible customer service before! I just want my items that I purchased months ago! 7 days still no call back and 5 days later still no email reply! DIABOLICAL . Then cut off my communications like this, just a joke! #teriblecustomerservice

Anyone else had such a bad Customer service experience with @curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK I’m so sick of having to chase what I am entitled to! Also turns out they’ve had some random persons email attached to my file, while I’m sat waiting for a write off voucher!

We are also going to complain to #watchdog and #ombudsman! I have never received such poor service before!!

@neetha_1 @curryspcworld @TeamKnowhowUK We have just raised one, the email I was given to complain to is no longer running. So I had to find an online form to fill out. As if the service couldn’t get any worse! I’m waiting for a refund or voucher! I’d prefer a refund so I can use AO! Iv used them before, Brill!!

@curryspcworld waited in all day y-day for redelivery that didn’t turn up! I was on hold for an hour, then finally told my 3 month old tv was a write off & I would be issued a voucher for another. still waiting for this, can I go in store to get sorted to avoid another hour call?

@apseheath Do you realise that people are allowed to exercise even with members of their household as long as they are social distancing around others. That daly “ trotting” around is a form of sanity for the vast majority of us. We didn’t pass one person on our walk today!
