@celticsblog Once upon a time a Boston team wanted to save money and not cope with players considered “difficult.” So they traded away Mookie Betts, Rafael Devers and Alex Verdugo. And now the Red Sox are one of the worse teams in baseball. Now why is this relevant to the Celtics?!
@GlobeChadFinn your column in the Globe states that Giannis is an upgrade. I don’t see the evidence, not in the # of games played in recent seasons or the stats.
@ramonashelburne It would be a relief if everyone stopped asking him. How about questions like: what do you eat in the off season that you usually deny yourself. Or what board games do you and your family play.
@NoaDalzell@celticsblog In addition to basketball talent, do any intangibles matter when drafting/trading ? Ethics, communication skills, leadership etc.
@BostonGlobe@GwashburnGlobe Who stole the soul of the Celtics? Where are the C’s who crash the boards? Where is Jaylen who powers his way into the paint? Where is our coach who sees the future moves of the opponent and takes action? Where is Neemie who stops Maxey? 3 worst words in sports: we got this. Nope
@USAYep I understand you were “truly confused by this president after Catholics gave him such a resounding vote” but if you were actually confused, you have not been listening and observing our President. His words and actions show apathy if not clear disdain for Christianity.
@GwashburnGlobe Humans can mitigate responses to stress with awareness. When facing a tough opponent and shots not falling the correct response is NOT iso-ball, taking wild shots or playing loosely with the ball.
@SenSchumer Hey Sen Schumer, rather than ask social media as to the location of the GOP, maybe you could ask them face to face. I believe they work near you. Sometimes it is okay to rage at men wearing pious neckties.
@NoaDalzell The worn cliche is “it’s a business, everyone knows.” But fans are not following a business. Fans aren’t cheering for a business. Fans aren’t buying jerseys of a business. For fans it is emotional. The element of emotion is not part of the decision equation.
If it is $$$ gamble
