CHC,Katra. This year, Government Hospital katra has been able to raise Rs2,57,850/- through donations and COVID fine.All this will be utilised for Improving Maternal and Child health facilities and preparing our health facilities for emergency needs as per the NHM guidelines.

In order to enforce COVID appropriate behaviour around the Railway station special teams were constituted . Rogi Kalyan Samiti Fund is a transparent fund established under NHM to help strengthen the Health infrastructure. All this Challan money gets deposited in the Govt.

Under which provision has this “Rogi Kalyan Samiti” been authorised by UT J&K to challan pilgrims/passengers at Katra Railway Stn for mask violation ? Issuing such bogus slips to collect money. Plus there is no fixed amount !
