2) Kondhwa – Yewalewadi metro line

₹2,534 crore to acquire just 29.75 hectares of pvt land for #HCMTR and another ₹4,003 crore for the inner ring road within PMC limits. For these urban mega projects, land seems costlier than the infrastructure itself.
