@TheBoyMoon1 @EVRi_Delivery @SportsDirectUK @Tesco I was having the same issue with boohoo. Someone on here advised me to do a chargeback via my bank. The money was refunded within 20 mins. As long as you’ve made contact with the seller etc and tried, the bank will do it.

Well well well if it isn’t the refunded boohoo order arriving unexpectedly today. Poor boohoo are now £150 down for a £75 order all because they use a corrupt courier company. Boo-hoo for them (pun fully intended). A win for my son, who’s Christmas was ruined. @EVRi_Delivery

@EVRi_Delivery @abi_louwright @hm_custserv Thankfully I have very understanding teens. Unfortunately they’re used to not having much at the moment, such is life in these uncertain times. It breaks my heart that I can’t give them much, and this business with Evri has tipped me over the edge. An awful situation for many!

@abi_louwright @EVRi_Delivery @hm_custserv I had the same issue, order was due 28/12 and I was told to wait until 11/01 for a refund. However someone on here told me to raise it with my bank, it took me 5 minutes to upload info they needed. 5 mins later the bank refunded me!

We had the worst Christmas ever, I feel terrible for my kids.

@Nat_a_alie @boohooMAN @monzo Oh my! I just submitted the dispute (took me 5 minutes) Monzo said it would be completed by the 16th Jan. The money landed in my account within minutes, I can’t thank you enough for the link and advice! Off to shop local tomorrow, in real shops!
