Joined the inauguration of exhibition on ‘The Human Cost of Terrorism’ @UN Headquarters in New York this morning.
Appreciated UN Security Council’s strong condemnation of the Pahalgam terror attack, and the need to hold its perpetrators accountable.
The exhibition is a larger message of Zero tolerance for terrorism, entailing :
➡️ No impunity to terrorists.
➡️ No treating terrorists as proxies.
➡️ No yielding to nuclear blackmail.
➡️ State sponsorship of terrorism must be exposed and countered.
➡️ Terrorism anywhere is a threat to peace everywhere.
Also underlined the shared and urgent responsibility of the global community to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
Shri @Dev_Fadnavis gave me a warm welcome to Mumbai, the entertainment and creator capital of India 🇮🇳 We touched upon the incredible impact of EduTubers, creators who help millions of Indians learn more about a range of topics, and the power of fostering collaborations within the vibrant creator community in India. (2/4)
@Dev_Fadnavis Thank you Chief Minister @Dev_Fadnavis for the warm welcome to Mumbai for @WAVESummitIndia! Excited about our shared vision to advance learning in Maharashtra and support its vibrant community of creators.
It was a great pleasure to meet Shri Neal Mohan, the Global CEO of YouTube, earlier today in Mumbai.
We discussed various aspects of partnership between the GoM and YouTube in areas such as education, skill development, and ways to further strengthen the creator economy.
YouTube has opened up great avenues for people from all walks of life to be able to push their content and seek global recognition. I acknowledged the impact YouTube has had on the world and how it has made communication easy and learning a positive experience.
He is here as part of the 'WAVES' Summit. He congratulated the GoI and GoM for putting together such an event at global scale and lauded the vision of Hon PM Narendra Modi Ji.
We welcomed him and his entire team to Mumbai, the capital of entertainment and creators, and wished him super success for his visit.
Maharashtra looks forward to colab!

The possibilities in quantum computing are compelling. ♾️
They can solve certain problems in a few hours, which would take a classical computer billions of years. This can help lead to advances in areas like drug discovery to material design.
But building a stable quantum system is a challenge.
We've open sourced @GoogleDeepMind's SynthID, a tool that allows model creators to embed and detect watermarks in text outputs from their own LLMs. More details published in @Nature today: https://t.co/5Q6QGRvD3G
The 2024 #NobelPrize laureates in chemistry Demis Hassabis and John Jumper have successfully utilised artificial intelligence to predict the structure of almost all known proteins.
In 2020, Hassabis and Jumper presented an AI model called AlphaFold2. With its help, they have been able to predict the structure of virtually all the 200 million proteins that researchers have identified. Since their breakthrough, AlphaFold2 has been used by more than two million people from 190 countries. Among a myriad of scientific applications, researchers can now better understand antibiotic resistance and create images of enzymes that can decompose plastic.

Fondly recall the exciting updates from Demis as he, John and his team were working tirelessly to make progress on Alphafold, knew at that time this was special and would have a huge impact in the world. First time felt like I had a live ticket to watching Nobel work in progress. So well deserved and huge congrats to @DemisHassabis and John Jumper for the Nobel in Chemistry recognizing the incredible AlphaFold 2 breakthrough! And congrats to David Baker and his team! Special week for AI all around, just the beginning of whats to come.

(5/5) Overall, these types of prediction and labeling systems are algorithmic. While our systems work very well most of the time, you can find predictions that may be unexpected or imperfect, and bugs will occur. Many platforms, including the one we’re posting on now, will show strange or incomplete predictions at various times. For our part, when issues come up, we will make improvements so you can find what you’re looking for, quickly and easily. We appreciate the feedback.

In my career through the world of mainstream media, I have faced a series of challenges where people tried to undermine my credibility and diminish my voice. There are more women stepping out to join the workforce today than when I began, but we still have to battle patriarchy’s narrow ideas before building our careers.. Today, I came across a poignant #ad from @urbancompany_UC that resonated deeply with me, highlighting how frequently a woman's success is misattributed to superficial factors – how she looks, talks, or how friendly she is – reinforcing the importance of breaking free from societal expectations. Let's rewrite the narrative together! Shiddhat se kiya hua har kaam bada hota hai. #ad
