@DaveBarlowPsych I found it helpful to prepare lots of questions in a notebook and carry it with me. If you get nervous and forget your questions you can just say โlet me see if thereโs anything else I wanted to askโ and flip through the book.

In a packed waiting room at HSC just now, Nurse begs a very full waiting room & hallways full of very sick people on stretchers to please write their MHAโs & beg them to fix this. Theyโre not listening to nurses. If youโre not actively dying, youโre not being seen.
