@DoubleTree stayed in your Southampton hotel Saturday night. Room was lovely,such a shame breakfast was atrocious!We booked a 9.30 slot and arrived 10 mins early. It took 45 minutes to seat us and a further 45 to bring our food!Continental selection had run out&waiter was rude!
