@IM_CTF A2. There were so many important ideas generated to mitigate the social problem and refining the ideas towards this goal requires much knowledge and competence. Though The challenge will be overcome when we focus on the realization of the idea. #im74

@IM_CTF A4. Research and developments can indicate some insights of New ideas and thoughts of work improvements based on findings and others practice in same sector, but at the same time departmental discussions are also best ways to empower all employees generate new ideas and thinking

@DrJNetz @BoardAlpine @cathalt100 @IM_CTF That is right, I think, Time is crucial specifically when a company is performing its activities in a very competitive market, it should stay on top to win the market and for that, I believe there should be fast paced idea generation and implementation.

@ch_wik @IM_CTF A2. We do have the same but twice a week, it is called "Huddle" a short meeting where information is exchanged and new ideas will be discussed among team members if any. And then it will pass to Top management for evaluation and refinement. #im74

@IM_CTF A3. Ideas sometimes flow from Top down to informed nd update lower level subordinates but it also goes from bottom top when one comes with new thoughts for improvement of existing work #im74
