@DigitalFringed1@Cryptasm1 If you limited your sugar intake , which we know your stance on that, I’d bet it would mitigate some of those negative side effects. The glucose spikes will mess with your sleep too. I doubt the impact GH has outweighs the happiness sugar can provide for you though.
@GhostTiedBow Ha, yeah it’s just even more motivation for me now to push harder because I refuse to allow him to pass me up. Time will win eventually but not yet.
We always get the same “what are you giving that kid?” comments from parents and the answer is nothing but food. We just started him lifting when he was a scrawny boy who hated being tiny.
@GhostTiedBow Nice! He was 12 or just turned 13 in that original photo, he just turned 18. Started him with that hex bar for that exact reason, he’s probably got better form than me with the barbell now.
@DigitalFringed1 You work nights and have an odd schedule so taking it before bed might not be the best for you but I get it, if it’s fucking with your body negatively then it’s not worth it.
@Biohacker_Jake That’s old man me, appreciate it, not arguing or debating I agree with all of what you’re saying . The exception might be when you’re going to sleep on a fairly full stomach of carbs and protein. Switched to mornings for this reason so we’ll see if the bloodwork supports it.
