@DrHelenFry Define “served” Helen? My Grandfather who, pre-War, was part of the Supermarine Schneider Trophy team. He was a hydraulics engineer, one of the team who worked in the design dept initially on the Type 224 and then on to the Type 300 (think Spifire). Later on to many projects.
