We have immense tension between the haves and the have-nots to the point at which people actually believe that socialism and communism is a better operating system than the best operating system humanity has ever created, which is called democracy plus capitalism, right?

And we have a large number of people in this country who do not feel safe, and the reason they don't feel safe is because they don't think their kids are safe, to the point at which people do not want to have kids in this country because they feel the system is just too hard. This could change that.

If people feel, ‘Hey, kids have a shot, and I don't have to worry about my kids..’ I worry about my kids and I'm affluent. I can't imagine being a single parent and what anxiety you must have as a single mother or father, and you're making minimum wage and you're behind the eight ball for your entire life, and now your kids are set?

That's all people want. That's the only thing a parent wants, is to make sure their kids have a better future.

That was the promise of this country, and somehow it went off the rails for the last two generations. This puts it back on the rails.”
