in case it helps anyone, here were some of the complaints i listed in the survey.

reminder to keep your language clear and short, if you can:

- dissatisfied with the cancellation of Valko (Ao Yin)
- dissatisfied with the lack of schedule for banners and events
- dissatisfied with how community management has been
- dislike how much more money we increasingly have to spend, especially on the global server
- not satisfied that free to play is basically non existent
- dissatisfied with english loc and how we are clearly missing a ton of context
- concerned about an incomplete story if they follow through with fully removing Valko (Ao Yin)
- the community is owed an apology after 3 months of silence
- dissatisfied with the way darker skin tones are treated with in game lighting and cards
- hope to see Valko (Ao Yin) restored as the 6th love interest, with his character design and story line intact.

Please remember to fill out the in-game survey from 9/26 to 10/10! This is crucial for Valko’s return. Please follow these tips when filling it out:
1. Use his name directly: Make sure to clearly write "敖尹" or "Valko" so the system can easily catch the keywords.
2. Keep it simple (to avoid AI mistakes): The official team will likely use AI to read the surveys. Use short and simple sentences like "I want Valko to return." Do not use sarcasm or long, complex sentences, or the AI might completely misunderstand your point.
3. Link him to spending (Most Important): Clearly state that "Valko = your willingness to spend money." Direct write things like: "I will only spend money if Valko is here" or "I will only stay active if Valko returns."
4. Use your own words: Please write your thoughts in your own way. If you just copy and paste, the system might mark it as invalid bot spam.
5. Stay calm and polite: Criticize the company's decisions, not the people. Do not insult customer service or staff, otherwise your survey might be thrown away as a malicious attack.
6. How to rate satisfaction and reasons for leaving:
Version Satisfaction: Choose "Dissatisfied," but DO NOT choose "Very Dissatisfied" (this might make your survey invalid). For the reason, write: "I want Valko in this version. I strongly want him to return."

REASONS BEHIND IT:

1. Antis are planning on writing NEGATIVELY about Valko/CHEER about his CANCELLATION on the survey, "yay Valko is gone" type of sht.

2. The survey responses are LINKED to your ACCOUNT and all your PERSONAL GAMEPLAY DATA. It is the only VERIFIABLE, account-linked, DIRECT-TO-INFOLD/PPG FEEDBACK source (aside from in-game CS).

2.1. The survey CAN'T be BOTTED or MANIPULATED because of that, so it is one of the most clear and certain way to ensure PPG/Infold is getting REAL FEEDBACK from REAL PLAYERS.

3. IF you LOG IN ONLY to COMPLETE the SURVEY and THEN STOP LOG IN/uninstall, it SHOWS that PEOPLE are WILLING to log back in/download when it’s ABOUT VALKO, leaving the clear message of "we will come back if Valko comes back".

3.1. IF you DON'T, survey results can be interpreted as “we permanently lost players/spenders, but the ones who stayed don’t care about valko, so there's NO REASON to BRING HIM BACK ”.

4. How the WAU and MAU will look like:

Genuinely curious. Isn’t all his stuff already prepared? His cards, his myth etc

All I’m seeing as for explanations rn is that infold wants to pacify the CDG that complained and got him taken down in the first place.

Why exactly are they catering to them first is my question.

They’ve shown no support towards the people fighting to get their *own* character reinstated. But they’re gung-ho on rewarding the brats that caused this trouble in the first place.

Unfortunately @Love_Deepspace canceled Valko themselves. They used him as a scrap goat to unite og5 fandom, that was mad at the company even before Valko potential release.

I’m afraid that’s why they are not bringing him back, even tho they invested heavily in him.

Never stop pressuring @InfoldGames_ and their products. They made a mistake so big they can’t comprehend yet.
