@British_Airways That’s really disappointing seeing as it’s your change causing the issue here. Why should I have to claim and affect my premiums? I’m not asking for money back, just that avíos equivalent. Very disappointed. BA used to be the crown jewel of customer service.

Hi @British_Airways is there an email for customer relations please? My original flight for 18 Jun was cancelled & while I’ve sorted the flights via the contact centre, I’m now £254 out of pocket for a hotel and parking. The form on the website isn’t clear for this.

Hi @TUIUK looking at booking a holiday later this year with some upgraded seating, yet when I select said seating, you add an additional £135 (for two) on top of the price you state. Please can someone investigate & advise as I’m pretty sure that’s not allowed…?

@O2 I’ve seen that. But it’s still diabolical for 3 messages. Whole point of moving to you was the supposed worldwide roaming. I had a problem with you last year when I was in Mexico despite that being part of the zone and it appears that every time I travel, I have to get in touch.
