@VOGCouncil @VOGCouncil so the pavement will be repaired by Wednesday? Nobody has removed the signs or tape - they weren’t put up until a day or so ago (under the cover of darkness and 3 weeks after the stump was removed) and after a gentlemen had already fallen

Absolutely shocking nonexistent customer service from @ArgosHelpers @Argos_Online empty promises & ignored emails, damaged furniture delivered twice! Missing parts & made to travel to follow delivery van as they ‘couldn’t’ access house which was absolute rubbish! Not happy at all

I honestly cannot believe the way I was just treated on the phone by a customer service agent from @bookingcom he literally shouted at me as if I had a nerve to try and change my booking which flights have been cancelled due to Covid19! I’m in shock
